Your body is changing. Your confidence doesn't have to.

During menopause your estrogen level drops: tissue and pelvic floor lose their tension. Suddenly there's leaking when you sneeze, and a feeling of pressure sets in. It's not simply "part of it". MyPelvi keeps your pelvic floor stable with precision. Seated, clothed, in 22 minutes.

Sound familiar?

When suddenly a lot feels different.

New bladder weakness

Leaking that was never there before: when coughing, laughing or out and about.

Pressure downwards

A feeling of heaviness or sagging in the pelvic floor.

Frequent urge

Needing the toilet more often and more urgently, even at night.

Less stability

Your core feels less firm overall.

Why does this happen?

Less estrogen, less tension.

Estrogen keeps connective tissue, mucous membranes and muscles elastic and well supplied with blood. During menopause the level drops: the pelvic floor gets weaker and loses its firmness, while the tissue of the urethra becomes more sensitive. Symptoms that were never an issue before start to appear. The good news: muscles respond to targeted training at any age. MyPelvi activates your pelvic floor powerfully and regularly, keeping it stable, hormone-free.

How your session works

Stay stable, in four simple steps.

Frequently asked questions

Honest answers about menopause.

Why does my pelvic floor make itself felt during menopause?+
The falling oestrogen level makes connective tissue and muscle less elastic and strong. The pelvic floor loses tension. Bladder weakness and a feeling of pressure often increase. Targeted training counteracts this.
Is it too late to start training?+
No. Muscles can be activated and strengthened at any age. Right now, regular pelvic floor training pays off especially well.
Does this replace hormone therapy?+
No, it’s an independent, hormone-free way to strengthen the pelvic floor. It combines well with medical care.
How strenuous is it?+
Not at all. You sit fully clothed in the chair for 22 minutes. The technology does the activating. You don’t have to exert yourself.
Can I do this in addition to hormone therapy?+
Yes. Pelvic floor training and medical therapies don’t rule each other out: the training works on the muscle, independently of your hormone balance. If in doubt, talk to your doctor.
Does it also help with a feeling of heaviness or prolapse?+
A strong pelvic floor supports the organs from below and can ease a slight feeling of pressure or heaviness. With a pronounced prolapse, please have it checked by a doctor first.
How does a session work?+
You sit fully clothed on a special chair. A highly focused electromagnetic field activates your pelvic floor: thousands of targeted contractions per session, far more than you could ever achieve through active exercise alone.
Who is MyPelvi not suitable for?+
If you have a pacemaker or other electronic implants, are pregnant, or have certain acute conditions, the treatment is either not possible or only possible after consulting your doctor. We clarify this in a short health check before your first session.
What does a trial session cost?+
The first trial session is free and without obligation. We'll advise you on prices and packages transparently on site, completely without pressure.
