Why do I train my pelvic floor with MyPelvi? Because I want to keep my stability. Training with MyPelvi can promote blood flow and so support general well-being in the core.

How to train your pelvic floor for better erectile function

The muscles in the pelvic floor can be activated and strengthened like any other muscle.

Erection problems can affect the desire for sex. Less sex, in turn, can mean that the muscle cells that matter for an erection become less active – a vicious circle. Two thirds of the penis lie outside the body, one third inside it. The smooth muscle cells in the penis in particular contribute to the stability of an erection. Unlike the pelvic floor muscles, however, these muscle cells cannot be moved at will or trained directly.

Just 22 minutes of training

Our special pelvic floor training is aimed at all men who:

Want to keep their firmness Want to do something for their core muscles Want to keep up and support an active, vital lifestyle Want to do something about potency problems

How to train your pelvic floor for more desire and love

The two erectile bodies in the penis are connected to the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles can be activated and strengthened with targeted exercises. That can help promote the stability of erections, in men without complaints too. Pelvic floor muscles can be built up and trained much like other muscles, the biceps for example.

Many men do not know where their pelvic floor is or how to activate these muscles in a targeted way. You can picture the exercise as drawing the tip of the penis inwards and holding it there for a moment.

The training is suitable for people whose stimulus-response mechanism and physiological basis of the penis are intact, but who find it difficult to hold an erection for longer or whose erection is not stable enough to have sex.
