This is how you train your pelvic floor for more desire and love

A trained pelvic floor promotes general well-being and can intensify body awareness.

The pelvic floor – an often underestimated source of strength in the body The pelvic floor muscles stretch between the pelvis, pubic bone and ischium and perform important functions in everyday life – for example in posture or maintaining continence. Many people find a well-trained pelvic floor to be supportive for their body awareness and stability in everyday life. However, targeted activation of the pelvic floor is not always easy – especially since it is not visible from the outside. MyPelvi offers a way to stimulate this muscle area comfortably and in a way that is suitable for everyday use – while sitting, in everyday clothing and without active physical exertion. The training is equally suitable for women and men. Users report that they find regular training with MyPelvi beneficial and that they are more aware of their core. Especially after childbirth or in old age, it can be beneficial to actively support the pelvic floor – for example as part of a postnatal exercise program or to promote muscular control in everyday life.

Just 22 minutes of training for an even better feeling

Many users report positive results. Most experienced a noticeable improvement or relief of symptoms.

  • A stronger pelvic floor can promote blood circulation. This could support the perception of the center of the body, which may improve body awareness. Many users report a more intense awareness of their own muscles.
  • Many people report that they are initially unable to perceive their pelvic floor very well. Targeted training can help to improve one's own body awareness and develop a more intense perception. This can lead to a more conscious experience of areas of the body that were previously less noticed.
  • During arousal and sex, the pelvic floor can contract on its own. These contractions can also be triggered deliberately and help activate the muscles in the abdomen, which can intensify body sensation and perception.
  • The muscles in the pelvic floor play an important role in the stability of the lower body. A strong pelvic floor can support the general muscles in the pelvic area, which can improve body awareness and control in everyday life. Through regular pelvic floor exercises, some men report improved awareness and control.

This is how you effectively strengthen your pelvic floor

A trained pelvic floor for more well-being

It is quite possible that healthy people have never paid much attention to their pelvic floor. Many adults often do not know how to consciously activate these muscles. Women often only notice how important the pelvic floor is for body stability during pregnancy and after birth. But even without acute complaints, it is worth integrating pelvic floor exercises into everyday life. There are no disadvantages and they can be done anytime and anywhere, as the muscles are not visible from the outside. For long-term positive effects of a well-trained pelvic floor, these muscles should be activated regularly. In order to strengthen the pelvic floor, it is helpful to develop a basic understanding of its structure. The pelvic floor consists of several muscle layers. The outer layer, also known as the constrictors, closes the urethra and the intestine. The inner layers form a "safety net" that limits the pelvis at the bottom. Ideally, the entire musculature should be activated, although the inner muscles are often more difficult to move at the beginning. Over time, however, it becomes easier to address these layers.

With the magnetic field training you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles in a targeted manner - quite simply and without much effort. In short training sessions, your pelvic floor is contracted up to 25.000 times by repeated magnetic impulses.
